Payment
  • We use PayPal for checkout.
  • Prices are shown in USD; your bank or payment provider may apply FX or processing fees.
  • Orders are processed only after the payment is authorized/cleared; no cash on delivery.
  • Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed.
  • All orders ship from Taiwan via EMS
  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically by weight and destination.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–30 business days depending on region.
  • Orders are shipped only after payment is confirmed.
  • Separate orders cannot be combined into one shipment.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.
  • If the parcel is refused and returned to Taiwan, round-trip shipping and customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customized artworks (e.g., personalized calligraphy) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Non-custom items: return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
  • For defects or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days with photos: contact@syrnlea.com
  • Refunds will only be issued after inspection confirms the item is unused and in original condition.
  • Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.
  • Handwritten calligraphy shows natural variations in ink density, brush strokes, and paper texture. These are not defects.
  • Handmade mounting/framing may have slight folds, fiber patterns, or minor size variance.
  • Wooden frames or glass may contain natural grain, bubbles, or tiny marks that do not affect use.
  • Please store artworks in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed.
  • Pre-orders (if applicable) cannot be canceled after 7 days.
  • Free gifts are offered while supplies last and may end without prior notice.
  • In case of force majeure (e.g., pandemic, strikes, natural disasters), shipping may be delayed.
